Order and shipping information

Orders are shipped within one week, at which point you will receive an email on the email address used with PayPal containing the tracking number as well as a picture of the package before sending it as proof.

The amount of time it takes to arrive is between 10 and 30 days, depending on where you are. We try to use the best possible shipping method for your area.

We always declare the goods as having a lower value so that you do not have to worry about import duties and taxes. We also ship in smaller batches, if necessary, so that customs clearance is safer and the goods will not be taxed. Please be aware of the taxes and fees in your country.
